Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Danny Patel is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Jasmin Hospitality Management and boasts over 32 years of industry experience. He purchased his first hotel in 1978 and since then has single-handedly owned, operated, and renovated numerous hotels in the Southeast United States. Danny founded Jasmin Hospitality on the idea that corporate leadership above property level was necessary to continue his vision of growth. With two additional properties scheduled for development over the next two years, Jasmin Hospitality is quickly growing into a focused and motivated management company. Danny
currently oversees all acquisition and development plans for Jasmin Hospitality.
Chief Financial Officer
As a graduate of The Florida State University, Sima obtained a Bachelors Degree with a double major in Finance and Marketing in 2004. She began her career in finance with Merrill Lynch in Jacksonville, FL. After working for Merrill Lynch for two years, Sima decided to make a career move, seeking a more challenging and high-growth environment. She began working for her father, Danny Patel, in 2006. Since joining the family business, she has performed various roles within the company from general managing to overseeing renovations and assisting in the opening of the Holiday Inn Express in Pembroke Pines, FL. Sima currently oversees all of the financial functions of Jasmin Hospitality.
Chief Operating Officer
After graduating from Radford University in 1999 with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Ritesh started his career as a manager at Pern Corporation in King George, VA. Here he gained an inert understanding of the convenience store and service industry, tackling various roles within the company and gaining vast knowledge of managerial functions. In 2002, Ritesh was presented with an opportunity to pursue a career in sales and consulting, as an IT Consultant for Atlanta based Vision Computers. Here he obtained a solid understanding of marketing and sales management. In 2007 an opportunity to manage a 100 unit hotel was presented to him and the move to Florida was justified. Since then, Ritesh has been involved in all aspects of management from design and development to construction and renovation. With over 10 years of management experience, Ritesh currently oversees all day to day managerial operations for Jasmin Hospitality.
Director of Quality Control
With over 30 years of experience within the hospitality industry, Julie Patel currently serves as the Director of Quality Control for Jasmin Hospitality. Julie has performed various roles within her 30 year hospitality career, from housekeeping supervisor to owner operator. Her expertise in training and development of housekeeping personnel is essential to our commitment to maintain outstanding quality. Julie oversees all quality control and performs inspections for Jasmin Hospitality.
Director of Sales and Revenue Management
After graduating from The Charted Association of Certified Accountants, Manoj moved from the UK to Orlando, FL in 1993 and began working in the hospitality industry. Manoj has over 17 years of extensive hotel management experience. In 2000 he had the opportunity to develop, own, and operate a Hawthorn Suites in Austin, TX. Manoj moved back to Florida in 2004 to work for Jasmin Hospitality’s CEO, and since has been responsible for all aspects of hotel operations. His expertise remains in customer segmentation, retail pricing models, revenue management systems, third party Internet booking channels, and pay-per-click marketing. Manoj currently guides the portfolio in all market strategies and oversees all aspects of sales and revenue management for Jasmin Hospitality.
Chief Development Officer
Milan’s acute interest in hotel construction and renovation stems from his childhood exposure to the Central Florida hospitality industry as well as his education in Hospitality Management at The Florida State University. At the young age of 12, Milan began working alongside his father at their family hotel in Sanford Florida garnering a firm understanding and appreciation of the hospitality industry. Milan joined the Jasmin Hospitality Management team in April of 2012 and has experience in virtually every position within a hotels operation. He believes that in order to perform at a management level, you have to work from the ground up. As Chief Development Officer, he has taken on the extensive role of oversight manager for all construction and project management, architectural and interior design, brand compliance, value engineering, as well as technology and FF&E procurement. Milan takes great pride in coordinating with designers, vendors, franchise personnel, and general contractors to make sure each project is completed in a timely and budget conscious manner.
Sara H Granito
After graduating with her BA degree in 1998 & MA degree in 2002 from University of Central Florida in Research and Policy, Sara decided to continue her career in the growing hospitality industry in Central Florida. She has over 17 years of work experience in the industry with special emphasis in revenue and commerce management, guest services and operations & policy. Many of these years were with the Hilton hotel cooperation and in 2016 she joined the corporate team of Jasmin Hospitality as the Operations Manager looking forward to an exciting and growing future.
Born in Fortaleza, Brazil, Alberto moved to the United States in 2005. He graduated from Valencia College with an Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management in 2012. In 2016, Alberto was accredited by the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute as a Certified Hotel Administrator. In Alberto’s 10 year hospitality career, he has worked his way up at Jasmin Hospitality from front desk agent to general manager. He has previously held the GM title for two properties under the Jasmin Hospitality portfolio. Alberto joined the Jasmin Hospitality Management team in August of 2016 and is currently holds the position of Corporate Comptroller, assisting the Chief Financial Officer with the bookkeeping responsibilities.
